Professional Experience
Lindsay Wilson has a wide array of experience in all facets of real estate law, including the acquisition, development, financing, zoning and permitting of office, retail, resort and residential real estate projects. He has significant experience in the representation of landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing and subleasing transactions throughout the United States, as well as representation of banks and other financial institutions with respect to both healthy and distressed real estate financing. Mr. Wilson's practice also includes advising institutional and private owners, investors and developers of real estate with respect to deal structuring, private equity investment and general corporate matters.
In addition to being a former partner at a large international law firm, Mr. Wilson has served in senior management and as general counsel to a New England-based real estate development company, where his responsibilities included overseeing the permitting of a large-scale mixed use development, project managing the development of a "traditional neighborhood designed" residential subdivision and managing both litigation and transactional outside counsel.

Professional Activities
Mr. Wilson has been an active member of several leading real estate industry organizations throughout his career, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and the Urban Land Institute, where he served on the Executive Committee of ULI Boston. Mr. Wilson served as Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association's Land Use and Development Committee from 2005-07 and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Notre Dame Executive Business Council of Boston. Mr. Wilson was named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer - Rising Star" in each of 2005, '06,'07 & '10 by Boston Magazine. He is a frequent speaker and author in the areas of real estate development and finance.
